Please help. I send customers a PDF file that is filled out with detailed information and need them to verify all info is correct, sign and date and return back to me. However, when I send the document they are unable to view the information on the form unless they are viewing it from a desktop or laptop computer. Majority of customers view from their mobile device....Is there a special setting or a trick for users to be able to view from their mobile device??

The default PDF viewer on iOS does not support forms at all, while others such as Adobe Reader and PDF Expert have more support, but not as complete as the desktop versions of Adobe Reader/Acrobat. One thing you can do is flatten the form before sending it out, perhaps using a tool like the following: UVSAR : Selective Flattener tool for Adobe Acrobat 8, 9 and X

Did you expect user to be able to sign on a mobile device, and if so, digitally sign or some sort of e-sign, or something else?
