Why is the extended Asian Language font pack for Reader XI taking up a large amount of space?

I was doing some manual cleaning on my local disk and to my surprise, the largest "program" I had installed was the Extended Asian Language font pack for Adobe Reader XI, taking up 26.4GB of space on my computer.

Is this font pack supposed to take up this much space?

It's a 52 MB file, not 26 GB. It should take 135 MB at most.
