I was connected to support a few days ago and they helped me downgrade my account from Acrobat DC Pro, to Standard Acrobat DC on my Windows 10 machine.  After cleaning twice and re-downloading the bits, he finally got it working.  Today, suddenly I am no longer able to access the program I am subscribed to.  I've tried rebooting, and repairing in apps and features.  I didn't realize that with the "standard" version, there was no support available.  Very irked.  Anyone have thoughts on how I can get back up and running?

Hi jackiep58309470

Please try running the cleaner tool "Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs" on your machine to remove all traces of Acrobat application.

Then, restart your machine and install the Acrobat Application from here:

Download Link for Acrobat Standard DC (Subscription) :- Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) | Enterprise or VIP

(With then Serial Number) :- Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Yatharth
