Hello,
There is issue with 3D in PDF become gray screen.
When opening file if Adobe is not started, screen 3D area becomes gray and doing any action returns it to normal. If Adobe is already started and then opening file, that issue won't happen.
What is cause of this and how to bypass it or remove?
Tried some examples of 3D PDFs, they either had some refresh after gray screen appears or mouse movement would remove it. Also one did not have that issue.
