Hi. I have created a form in Acrobat Dc using form fields to input data, then finalised by initiating an actional button to make content 'read only' which was configured using a java script with mouse up action. This form is saved in an EDRMS as a template to allow the end user to raise automatically in their respective folder to submit for approvwl. When tested by a user that has adobe pro dc installed this works well and releases automatically once the form is completed and made read only by iniating the button. However if this action is completed by a user that only has Adobe reader, the form will launch another 'save as' window which will require saving the form through navigating back to their folder to save, even though the original form (generated by the template) is still in edit mode. Hope this makes sense, appreciate any assistance. Regards Annemarie
