Adobe Reader freezes most of the time when i want to send a mail to someone

A customer of ours has a problem with Adobe reader.
Suppose the customer would use the Adobe reader for a week, so 7 days, it would fail 4 times if not more.
What happens is that when he starts adobe and then opens a file and when he wants to send it by mail and when he fills in the correct email address.
And when he clicks on send, it gets stuck every time.
It looks like the screen is frozen.

Een klant van ons heeft een probleem met Adobe reader.
Stel de klant zou een week van 7 dagen Adobe reader gebruiken dan zou het 4x uitvallen, als het niet meer is.
Wat er dan gebeurt is dat als hij adobe opstart en dan een bestand opent en als hij dan via de mail wilt versturen en hierna vult hij de desbetreffende email adres in.
Als hij dan op verzenden klikt dan loopt hij telkens vast.
Het lijkt alsof het scherm bevroren is.
