I need to translate a PDF to Word DOCX and create 2 files as "Retain Flowing Text" and "Retain Page Layout".
Two use cases:
1. Scan a folder every 5 minutes and translate each PDF and save the 2 files.
2. Given a file reference, "C:\pdf\file1.pdf", translate and save the 2 files.
