Can we link the table of contents (TOC) in PDF file using the script/plugins? Please help me out.

We export PDF from Indesign file.

It's most likely possible, but will require the development of a custom-made script to identify the page numbers in the TOC (as well as the TOC pages themselves), and add links to them.

This should not be attempted in Acrobat, since InDesign can do it automatically. Do you have a problem doing this with InDesign?

No plugin for InDesign is needed. Creating a TOC is a normal part of the process of making any InDesign file. So long as you use paragraph styles correctly, it is simple.
