We save a lot of PDF files one a daily basis and we need to stamp on top of each document a section of the filename.

The sample filename would be - 023 - PID 123456789 - ABC 1234567

The PID and 9digit number after it will always be different, and needs to be stamped on each document. Is there a way for us to batch stamp each document and is there a code to section off just that part of the filename for maybe, a dynamic stamp. We only have Acrobat Reader DC.

No, Reader can't do that. You would need Acrobat Pro, or a stand-alone tool.

If you already had a Dynamic Stamp that did what you need, you could install it in Reader and then use it to manually stamp each file. you can't automate the stamping process in Reader.
