I have a billing enquiry on Acrobat reader. What is the best way to speak to someone about this as I see telephone support is not offered with this product????
There is no telephone support for Acrobat Reader and no billing enquiries either, as it is free. But I imagine you have some add-on. Please let us know what you are paying for, and we may be able to help direct you. Check the receipt or your account details if you aren't sure.

I have been trying all day to get a person on the phone to address a charge on my credit card. I have been placed on hold, disconnected, etc...for hours now. I have a business to operate as well.
