When using a Mac and trying to create a PDF from a scanner, I receive the following error message: "The Selected Color Format is not supported." How does this get resolved?

Hi Adorobat,

I have the same issue.

I am running MacOS Big Sur 11.6

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20096

My printer is a HP Smart Tank 530

Scans text and black & white but not color. Tried with the HP Smart software and works perfectly.

I stille have the same problem with iMac retina 5k 20230 and macOS Big Sur 11.1 with HP Officejet Pro 9012. In the steps Adorobat suggested there is in the menu Preferences - Convert to PDF only the possibility to change sttings in BMP, JPEG, PCX, PNG, PostScript/EPS and TIFF and not any driver. It drives me crazy, because I want to scan efficiently my family archive to ADOBE portfolio's.

Please give me advise
