How would I convert this excel formula into JavaScript:

=IF(E3=0,0,F3/E3)

I'm needing this for an Adobe Form so the actually names are:

=IF(SCHEDULED1=0,0,COMPLETEDSTORED1/SCHEDULED1)

Note that you'll need to make sure the denominator is not empty or zero, or you'll get error messages when trying to divide by it.
