doc.mailDoc() doesn't work on mobile. Is there an alternative?

I have a PDF form that asks patients to fill in health questions from a tablet. Then we click a Send Email button. The button sends an email the PDF attachment, personalize subject and content:

this.mailDoc({

bUI: false,

cTo: "email@mail.com",

cSubject: "Assessment for " + firstname + " " + lastname,

cMsg: content }); //content is text containing data from the form as a summary.

It works perfectly on PC but doesn't work on either Android or iOS. Is there a function that can do something similar for mobile?

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you
