How can we calculate DOB from date field?

Calculate dob and print as Year, month and date Like (29 years 8 months 24 days). and is there any way to vadidate normal text box as mm/dd/yyyy ?

And there's no need to validate a field (although that's possible). Just set its Format to Date and specify that pattern.
