I am trying to install free trial of Acrobat pro on Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and get a failed install notice at 50-60%.

Please refer to Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) for Enterprise or VIP licenses  and try installing the application through it.

You will get two options on screen-

* I have a serial number

*I have trial or subscription for acrobat dc

select the trial and proceed.
