Is it possible to have a checkbox (once checked), pull an email from a dropdown box option that's been chosen, but only if that user is logged into Windows?

I'm new to any sort of modifications in Adobe, but have done some things in JavaScript so forgive me if this isn't possible to do. I can try to be more specific if i need.

It is possible, but it's not simple, and it requires installing a script on the user's local machine.
