Is there a way to invoke a JS file on a PDF from a Windows batch file?

Good evening, I am trying to figure out if it is possible to invoke a JS file on a PDF, from a windows batch process?  We are trying to see if it is possible for us to process documents outside of Acrobat.

Any help is welcome!

No. The Acrobat SDK describes a VB interface however.
