Is it possible to batch process using a JavaScript that will reduce all the documents images dpi down to 150 dpi then resave the file in a different location?

Any snippets of code for reducing the image dpi or other parts of this task would be greatly appreciated!

Is there a way to specify a resolution? Ultimately what I am wanting to happen is batch process multiple page pdf documents and have the image resolution reduced down from 300 to 150
