Javascript to redact different bits of different pages

Is there a way to use the automation script from Thom Parker to redact an area of one page and then a different area of another page?

What I'm trying to do is redact the name and address from page 1 of a letter (which I can do with Thom's script); but then I want to redact some other details on page 3 which aren't in the same place as the data on page 1.

Is it possible to write this into the script or should I split the script in two and redact the information from page 1 before running a second script to redact the data on page 3.

Kind regards,

Martin

May be when you can change the script.

You can do it all in one script.

Hi try67,

Since my javascript knowledge isn't very good, could you explain how to do it or could you write something approximate for me (obviously with an appropriate fee)?

Best wishes,

Martin

With JavaScript you can place multiple "Redact:" annotations and then "applyRedactions" at one time as long as you want the same options applied to all redactions.

Can the redactions be across multiple pages of a document?
