When I go to publish a PDF for shared review, Acrobat is looking in my contacts card (in Users & Groups) for addresses. How can I get it to look in my MS Outlook
Are you on Mac OS or Windows? Are you connected to Office 365 or using Outlook as a “standalone” client?
I'm on Mac OS and have Outlook as a stand alone.

In addition to the platform’s Address Book (Contacts), Acrobat does support integration with your Office365 “People Graph”. Unless you setup your Outlook to sync with Contents, we have no way to access them.
