No, it just means you can't do it with a script. It can be done using an Action or it can be set when creating the file, depending on how it's created.

I can set the title property of livecycle document from livecycle designer file menu and then form properties.

But I want this title to appear in Title bar of adobe application. See this document. http://www.acrotex.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/pdfblog_15.pdf

Download and open in adobe.

Filename does not appear on title bar, title property value appear there.

I want same thing with livecycle doc.

When you want change this in XFA forms you must use LiveCycle Designer.
