I think I must have asked the question incorrectly.    After the form is completely filled out and the user pushes the submit button;  one of two actions would happen:  the form will either go to email A or email B. 

if the user puts a check mark in question A on the form, it will go to (Edited By Mod) and if the user checks question B the form would go to (Edited by Mod)    But only when the submit button is pushed when completed.

The tutorial above explains how to submit the file to a dynamic email address, that comes from a text field.

So all you need to do is populate such a field (it could be hidden) with the desired address, based on the check-box selection, and then you could use the code provided in the tutorial.
