I was having issues with Adobe and decided to uninstall the application so that I could reinstall and hopefully have everything working correctly. Uninstalled, rebooted and then tried to reinstall.
I double-click SETUP and on the first screen, I'm prompted for "USE TRIAL OR SUBSCRIPTION" or "I HAVE SERIAL NUMBER". If I enter the serial number that is on my Adobe account, it tells me that it is an invalid serial number. If I click on TRIAL and click INSTALL, it does nothing and won't install.
I've tried to run the cleaners apps with no luck. Any ideas on how I can get this application reinstalled?
Thanks in advance!

use the proper installation file linked below,
Downloadable installation files available:
Download and installation help for Adobe links
Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages. They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3. If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

I downloaded the software from my account on licensing.adobe.com. I just tried your link and got the exact same issue. I click on Trial/Subscription and the Install button doesn't do anything. I tried the serial number again and got invalid serial number. Any other ideas?

Hi,
So all my Macbook Pro memory was being consumed by the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC product. I tried to follow various guidance to uninstall and reinstall it.
What is needed to do this? I have no particular need/use of the Creative Cloud. I create, modify forms and edit, extract, merge and append pdf file content. PLEASE (not yelling just a desperate cry for help) how can I do this conceptually simple re-install without taking away many precious hours from actual work? More importantly, I am guessing this "solution" may have no effect at all?
Thank You
