What do you mean you are “viewing PDF on the web using Adobe SDK”? Do you mean that you have Adobe Acrobat/Reader (installed on the client’s computer) embedded in a browser view? If so, then there is some JavaScript you can inject into the PDFs being viewed to hide those elements.
