Hi

I create an interactive PDF files up to 2M, when I fill in data and saves the file

the file grows. In the current case file grows from 1.9M to 11M

Why did the file grow? How can I prevent such a large change in a file?

I have Acroat  Reader DC

Thanks

Ronen

You can't use Reader to create PDF forms (unless you use a special script), so how are you creating it, exactly?

My guess is it's because of the fonts you've set up for the fields. If you didn't use one of the built-in ones, they have to be fully embedded in the file, which can cause it to become much larger.

Hi

Thanks for your answer

I create the interactive PDF file in SAP ERP.

I add JavaScript code, graphic elements like buttons, fields, etc.

The interactive PDF file contains RFx. Vendors open the file

Using Acrobat reader and fill it with data.

When they save the file, its size grows.

If there are a lot of items in RFx the size is grows several times.
