API request error - Convert PDF to XLSX .NET

Hello,

I need to convert PDF files to XLSX by .NET with requests to the Adobe API, but when I make the request, the API gives me the following message:

{"Error response received for the request: The underlying connection was closed: Unexpected error in a submission."}

Any suggestions for a possible fix?

That sounds like a network issue between your server and our APIs - were you perhaps offline at the time? Are you still seeing the issue?

Have you found a solution to your 'connection was closed' error? I'm trying to export PDF to Docx in a web API service and got the similar problem: "Error response received for the request: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.".
