Cannot convert pptx to pdf

I can convert to pdf using the following link, but cannot do so by using PDFServicesSDK

I got the following error

Error occurred while processing the request; transactionId=9ed119bc-83a7-b414-afb7-06fc14650070   at Adobe.PDFServicesSDK.core.api.PlatformAPI.StatusPoll(InternalExecutionContext context, String location, String requestID)

Is there any way I can get more detail on the error by the transactionId I get ?
