Change region in AWS

Hello,

We are using this API through the premium connector in Power Automate. For this we have an international subscription (so not the U.S. subscription) in Amazon Web Services (AWS). But yet the region is US:

So I discovered in this article that US is the default and you need to change it to Europe:

But how do I do that in this case? How do I permanently change the hostname / region in AWS to Europe? Please advise.
