get multiple text styles in same paragraph

Is there any way to get multiple text styles from a paragraph? Right now if a word or sentence in a paragraph is bold or italics, the adobe extract API considers the whole paragraph as bold or italics.(Sample files attached)

In the request, if you set "includeStyling" to true, you will get style spans.
