How to buy enterprise licence

We're really impressed with the PDF Extract API, it's perfect for us and working well - but we aren't able to buy a license and are stuck on the free tier.  I've looked everywhere and can't find a contact number, I've filled in the form ages ago but have had no response.

Anybody know how to reach sales at Adobe?  I'm ready to buy and just want to give them some money.
