Internal error occured for conversion pdf to docx

Hello,

since 2-3 days, we have often a internal error for convert pdf to docx after 20-40 minutes of proccessing

error :

Can you share a PDF that shows this issue in action? Are you using the SDK, or REST API?

Hello, i use the Rest API with Power automate.

the document is a pdf from Docusign, may be the problem is here, i don't have problem for convert to word manually the same file
