Is it possible to create empty PDF without using any conversion and include document level javascript?

Thanks for using PDF Services SDK. Currently, the functionality to create PDF with embedded JavaScript code inside is not available. But could you please tell us more about the use case that you want to solve through embedding JavaScript inside a PDF file.
