We have been using the PDF Services API for months through the AWS marketplace, when logging into the console we were shown warnings about the auth changes - so I changed over to the OAuth credentials, and now we tied to a quota with no way to pay.
As far as I can tell there is no way to upgrade from the dashboard, and the sales person who contacted us scheduled a meeting, then never pitched and has not responded to our emails for two weeks.
This is the 5th major problem we've had with the API in the last two months alone, almost impossible to rely on this API for business critical functionality.
Anyone know what magic encantations we can use to get Adobe to care about their customers?
