Hi,

I'm getting this error 

Not authorized to call this engine

when using the REST API to try to do a document generation. I have setup JWT -> access token authorization which is being used with this request. The JWT is being signed using a key generated through the Adobe Developer Console. What could cause this error?

Nope, it was resolve by registering new credentials with another email.
Turns out the old credentials was some kind of trial mode.
