PDF Embed API doesn't work without "www" in page URL

I just discovered that if I enter the URL to a page that includes the PDF Embed API without including "www" in the page URL, the PDF does not load. The page is blank. But if I add "www" in the address bar for that same page, then the PDF loads like normal. Does anyone know why this occurs and if there is some way to make the PDF load if a user leaves out the "www"?

Thank you!

Most likely 2 things.

When you created your credential and were asked to enter a domain, you did www.something.com. If so, something.com will not work. Sadly the only thing you can do is make a NEW credential for something.com, which will support something.com, www.something.com, and anything.something.com

The second thing, a blank page, is a bug where you didn't properly get the 'invalid credentials' error.
