Hi,
I am planning on using PDF Extract for a commercial project, however, my customer is worried about sending their PDFs through API to a third party. Can you please tell me in what country the servers are geographically, and also if there is any on-premise solution to avoid sending sensible PDFs over the internet? Thanks.

The servers are hosted in AWS in the US.

Another question. Does Sensei AI use the data from uploaded PDFs to train/fine-tune its model, or store after processing? IS there some written policy online?
