PDF tool API: I have issue with function protect

When i use PDF tool API to encrypt pdf file, all javaScript which embed were gone(I using a tool 3rd to embed). The javaScript when i use in tool Adobe Arcbat DC is still

Can you share the PDF file in question? I haven't seen that behavior. The Protect service is working as expected for me. I'm using Acrobat to add the JavaScript though.
