Hello, is it possible to use the Adobe PDF Services API in microsoft power automate to scan a pdf and recognize which text has been highlighted?
I would like then to feed the output to highlight the same text in another document.
Thank you in advance and best regards,
Vittorio

If your highlight is on a scanned document (as in actually highlighted with a physical highlighter), then no, we do not have a way of deciphering which of that text is highlighted.

hi @Ben Vanderberg , thank you for your quick reply.
I have used "scanned" improperly, meaning it could also be a "natively electronic document" with an highlighted part.
In this case would it be possible? Would you mind sharing some links to the related documentation?
Thanks a lot!
Vittorio

Are the highlights part of the page content as though you highlighted some text in Word and then made a PDF or are the highlights highlight annotations added after the PDF was created?

Hello @Joel Geraci , thanks for your answer and sorry for the late reply.
The second scenario you describe, i.e. we have a pdf created from our ERP where we highlight through the "highlight text" button specific parts (e.g. the account number and the account name).
