Sporadic failures calling SDK method: createpdf.operation.createnew

I may not be in the correct place, but we're getting Unauthorized errors calling `createpdf.operation.createnew` ~90% of the time. We are in good standing with our invoices, have a valid credential, and have been successfully leveraging the API for a few years now.

 

I think there may be an incident on the Adobe side. Can someone please help me with support? The chat has led to several dead ends so far.

You can always check on the services status here.

You might be running into a timeout error. Are you calling the REST API directly or are you using one of the SDKs?

SDK. Errors aren't timeouts; they're explicity Unauthorized. Adobe is not currently acknowledging any incidents related to this. Thanks for the reply!
