I’ve been following the steps in the (view.developer.adobe.com/document-services/docs/overview/pdf-services-api/vip-mp-onboarding-guide/) to set up Adobe Acrobat Services API, but I’m running into issues when trying to create the credentials for my project.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Logged into the VIP Admin Console and added a developer under the “Acrobat Services API - DOC TRANS PACK” product.
- Created a new project in the Adobe Developer Console, selected the Acrobat Services API, and entered the required details.

But when I try to create the credentials, I get stuck at the “Save Configured API” step. It doesn’t allow me to proceed, and I keep getting an error message that says “Unable to save the configuration.” I’ve checked the product settings, and everything seems fine.
Here’s a snippet of my configuration, and I’m unsure if something is missing:
project: acrobat-services-project
api: Acrobat Services API - VIP
credentials: [generated-credentials]
I’ve verified that I have the right permissions, and everything seems configured properly. Has anyone encountered this error when creating credentials for Acrobat Services API? Any tips on how to resolve this?
