I am using the PDF service API, but I'm unable to convert PPT to PDF and DOC to PDF. I have an enterprise version, so why can't I use this service? I had to create a free tier account to use it.

Do you mean an enterprise version of Acrobat? Acrobat is not the same as the API.

The API has a free tier, if you will be beneath that, you don't need anything. If you need commercial support, and more transactions, you need to reach out to sales. As to why your conversion is failing, I'd need to know more - what language, what specific error, etc.

Can you share a copy of the Word doc? If it's private you can email it to me at jedimaster@adobe.com.

Sorry, so I can confirm this throws an internal error. I will file a bug report, but unfortunately that's all I can do for now unless you have an enterprise account and paid support.

We are planning to purchase the enterprise version, but could you please confirm that the conversion won't fail if we purchase it for any type of file ? (xlsx, xls, doc, docx, ppt, pptx) ??

No, that's not what I meant. What I meant is - with the enterprise account, you get real product support vs the forums here. Either a patch could be provided, or at least an ETA on a fix. If this is something you *require* fixed, I would ensure you make it clear with the salesperson. All I can do here is report the issue internally.

Thanks a lot for the clarification. I'm worried because these are the only two files that we have tried, and the conversion to PDF failed.
