Hello community,
Hope i can get an answer quick and manage to fix this.
Today we reached our 1000 units on free plan. I'm trying to pay for more units and from the mail received from Adobe i get redirected to an aws page to subscribe. All cool but when i finish the setup it asks me to create new credentials. Thing is that i want to UPDATE our current api service , not to create a new one.
By creating new credential we have a lot to modify in our code, so the perfect situation it's just to update our current plan with more units. Is it possible? and how ?
Thanks in advance and wish a great day to all of the readers.

I don't believe you can - but can I ask - why would it be hard to use new credentials? Did you copy them multiple times into your code?

Yes, we're changing development teams, and can't find inside the code where the credentials are added but really need the service up-and-running. So extending the current one will be the best option. If you can please ask and come back with an answer/ solution will be much appreciated. Thanks Raymond

A trial account can be extended, for example, when a customer needs more time to try stuff out, but we can't turn a trial credential into a real one. I believe your only option is to replace the code. If the dev team used the "load from json" file approach, you can look for ".fromFile" in a multi-file search supporting editor.

Okey, so how can i extend the trial? Untill i find a solution to change the credentials. Looked for that, couldn't find it.

While I highly encourage you to _find_ the right place in your code, if you email me your client id (jedimaster@adobe.com), I can give it to the right person for an extension.
