We've been trying for months to get someone to contact us about increasing the 500 documents per month limit on the PDF Services API. We have an agitated client, willing to spend money on this, and after filling out as many forms as possible, we've still not heard back via email or phone.
Could someone please get back to me so we can increase the number of documents we can process each month?

UPDATE: As of the end of December 2024, we have identified at least one of our resellers that is going to start servicing APIs shortly, by the end of January 2025 hopefully. Please reach out to Erik Hustoft at ehustoft@engage-systems.com Other resellers should also be able to sell the APIs in more or less the same timeframe, should you have another preference.
Hi, I can help you with this; can you tell me more about what products/services related to Acrobat Services you are using exactly? I will also send you my email address in a direct message.
Thanks!

Hi Hugo,
Thank you so much for getting back to me on this. We use the PDF Services API to scan PDFs that contain images and convert these to text so the documents can be searched more accurately. We have a backlog of 5000 papers that we would like to scan, and we upload an additional 500-750 each month. We need to look at increasing our monthly quota. Can you please send over some information on pricing so we can get the ball rolling on this?
Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the details! I sent you a PM with my email address (just trying to avoid posting it on a public forum...) so feel free to write to me there so that I can put you in touch with the right person.
Also, we just released a new flexible pricing structure that should let you get to exactly the kind of volume you are looking for, so you can also try reaching out to Sales here:
https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/pricing/contact/sales/
But again, feel free to reach out directly if you don't hear back from that link!

Hugo, I have had a similar experience. I have tried contacting Sales using the link you mentioned above to request information about licensing the PDF Services API to use with Microsoft's Power Automate, but have not received a reply. We have a proof-of-concept application completed that uses the API to convert documents to PDF and to merge multiple PDF documents into one. I don't want to move it to production until I know we can execute more than 500 transactions per month and know what the cost would be. Can you assist?

You can contact your Addobe reseller now to obtain a quote for the APIs. Otherwise, our sales reps will start reaching out in the next few weeks to follow up on the sales requests that have come through while we were waiting for our new sales channel to open.

The Adobe FAQ says PDF Services cannot be purchased through a reseller.
Can I buy PDF Services API via a reseller?
No. The only way you can buy PDF Services API is via an Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA)
For more details, see our pricing page: https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/pricing/

Hi Saiva, see my initial answer, which I edited to include the contact information of 1 reseller who should be able to sell APIs shortly. Hope this helps and sorry again for the unacceptable long wait to get this resolved...

Hi. I am having the same issues. I submitted the Sales contact form twice and no replies. I just spent 2.5 hours going in circles in online chats and phone calls.
We reached our quota for PDF Services and need to get this issue resolved. How do I get a call back?

Hi. We used the Partner Search page and contacted a reseller and a distributor. They both tell us they don't have the PDF Services API for sale.
Until this issue is resolved, can the quota be temporarily waived (or removed) on our PDF Services API so we don't experience an outage again?

Hi Hugo,
I've had the same experience as the others here. I've tried multiple partners and they haven't been able to help. As per Saieva's comment, can we increase our quota?

Same issues here. I've submitted two request forms with no response. Several weeks is not a sufficient turnaround as we have some priority projects that we need to decide on immediately. Without any documentation of the costs and no ability to use a reseller, we're really stuck. Please help!

Hi Hugo, we have added a new feature to our product using Adobe PDF Services API, hoping that you would roll out a low volume pricing tier. Since you only have high-volume "Enterprise" and (coming soon) reseller sales channels, obviously no sales rep is going to be interested in low volume customers. Is there a possibility of increasing the free tier to a more useful level e.g. 1000 until you do add a low volume sales channel and allow us to pay for the service?
