Finding Adobe Sign JAVA SDK on Maven repository

I am trying to add the Adobe Sign Java library to my maven project, but I cannot find it on a maven repository to get the pom file entry. Where can I find it? Thanks.

OK, looks like Adobe is not playing nice and putting the jar file out into a Maven Repository that developers can get to. And the fact that they are using another projects package naming is bad form too. Swagger is a Web API Documentation project that is well known and nothing to do with Adobe Sign, so they shouldn't have even used their name.
