PDF Electronic Seal API using c# .net

I need to electronically sign PDF using Adobe Electronic Seal API with c# .Net. 

As per Adone documentation it can achieve using API Or Adobe PDFServices SDK but latest SDK 3.3 doesn't have any lib which are related to seal.

Does anybody have idea how to seal document using PDF Electronic Seal API using c# .net?
