Hi, I have 2020 Dell XPS 9310 and when using the touchpad to scroll a PDF Adobe DC does not Scroll smootlhly.

The pages seem to Snap up and Snap Down. At the moment it snapping up and down 7 or 8 lines at a time.

I want smooth scrolling like I get on Word, Websites etc.

I've tried Edit > Preferences > Accessibility > Always use Page Layout Style > Single Page Continuous. This did not work for me.

Please advise, thanks.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described Adobe DC does not Scroll smoothly and you have already set the accessibility preference to single page continuous.

Please open the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC > Go to View Tab > Display > Select 'Enable Scrolling' and see if that helps.

If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and check.

Regards

Amal
