2D Graphics Acceleration Unavailable

Hello,

I want to ask about this feature of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Is 2D graphics acceleration still supported? Because It's not available on my machine (with an RTX 2080Ti), and neither on my friend's machine (with an RTX 2070). I know the option to enable this feature is supposed to appear in the rendering section under Preferences > Page Display only if Acrobat detects that the system supports it, and it's not there for us.

Also, when I tried looking for an answer for this online, all I could find regarding GPU acceleration on Acrobat were article(s) about the announcement of this feature, from 2006; and this page on the Adobe website, listing only ancient graphics cards that are confirmed to support this feature.

So, is this feature discontinued? Or is it still supported and me and my friend are experiencing weird bugs? Or maybe support for our cards is still underway?

I hope someone here can help me clear this one up. Thanks in advance!
