3D pdf viewing issue

Our engineers produce 3D pdfs from Autodesk Inventor which work on their computers.

When they send me the file I cannot view the 3D model, only the page content.

Enable playing of 3D and Multimedia content is checked and I have selected Trusted file and the red question mark.

As you receive the PDF from others, please confirm how exactly they share the PDFs? Would you mind sharing any sample PDF with us so we can check it on our end?

Let us know if the issue occurs only with the PDFs you received from engineers or it occurs with all 3D PDFs.

Share the application and OS version on the machine.

It appears that the pdf is blank that is produced by our Engineers, so I will have to investigatet this first.
