Hi.
I'm hoping someone can help please!
We've recently moved users to a Server 2016 RDP enviroment but we are having intermittent issues when printing PDF documents.
Users are receiving the error message 'Form Printing Error, Access is denied'
This is resolved by removing and re-adding the network printer.
Has anyone else faced the issue please?

Sorry for the delay in response.
Could you let us know the application you are trying to print in - Adobe Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?
If using Reader, try disabling protected mode by clicking Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) >uncheck the box next to enable protected mode at startup > click OK and try again.
Please note: Disabling protected mode is for troubleshooting purpose only, and not recommended. Please turn the feature back on after troubleshooting is complete.
