Acción para que un usuario duplique un campo

Hola a todos, estoy construyendo un formulario y quiero publicar un campo en dónde el usuario tenga la posibilidad de replicarlo. Ejemplo

Si tienes un hobby, descríbelo

Tipo de hobby (campo de texto)

Tiempo que le dedicas en la semana (campo de texto)

¿Compartes tu afición con algún grupo? (casilla si no)

Ahora bien, quiero agregar un "botón" del tipo +:

Si tienes otro hobby haz click aquí +

Si el usuario hace click en ese "botón" se replicaría a continuación el cuestionario anterior y dejaría la posibilidad de agregar otro y otro...

¿Es posible realizar esto? Desde ya muchas gracias a quién pueda orientarme.

It's possible, but you can't "re-flow" the rest of the content on the page when you add new fields. So you would be better off creating those fields in advance and then just show them as needed. The other option is to create a Template object and spawn an entire page, but that is more complicated.
